The Corporate User

Life is busy and my schedule is full. It is a constant struggle to balance work and family life. When I am planning my business trips, I have to check my personal calendar. (Worse yet I also have to check my wife’s calendar; both her personal and business calendar!) When I am planning my personal life I have to check my corporate calendar. It is a challenge to keep all this straight!

Our corporate policy restricts us from storing personal information on the company PC. So that means I need to carry my company laptop home every night just to keep our calendars straight. What a drag.

BitPal to the rescue. I keep my personal calendar on BitPal. My wife also keeps her personal calendar on BitPal. Now we both know each other’s personal schedules. We also sync our business calendars to BitPal. Having all the calendars in one place makes life so much easier. Before we leave in the morning, we simple sync off the home PC and slip our Lexar USB Drives in our pocket or purse. While at work we can check our calendars before planning a trip. And we don’t have to install software or store personal data on our company PC. When we get home, we simply sync our business calendar back to the home PC. Presto, all of our calendars are up-to-date.

If I stop for groceries on the way home, I also have our complete grocery list with me. No more missing items and making secondary trips to the store. BitPal is quite a blessing. How did we balance personal and business lives before BitPal?
